On October 3-4, 2024, the members of the BAA “Legal Service” participated in the International Anniversary Scientific Conference: “Realities and perspectives of national legal education, 65 years in the service of national jurisprudence”.

The event that marks 65 years since the founding of the Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova and brings together professionals and experts to debate the evolution and future of legal education.
- Igor Spînu, co-author with Ciochină Snejana, will address the topic: Legal trends through the lens of the provisions of the Criminal Code. Violation of contraventional legislation in the field of constructions provided for in para. (4) art. 177 Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova.
- Igor Spînu, co-author with Vasilachi Corina, will address the topic: Analysis of the legal aspects of the civil servant: definition, classification, investment in the public office and administrative-legal status.
- Ciochina Snejana, co-author with Prodan Svetlana, doctor of law, university professor, will address the topic: Modernization and trends in contemporary criminal law through the prism of the provisions of lit. a) para. (3) art. 257 criminal code of the Republic of Moldova.
