On November 5, 2024, members of the “Legal Service” Associate Law Office participated as trainers at the Training Center of the National Penitentiary Administration.

The subject of the session was: “Aspects related to the appearance in court at judicial hearings regarding the application of contravention sanctions for committing the contravention provided for in art. 343 of the Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldova”.
This session provided a detailed analysis of the legal procedures involved in challenging the minutes of finding contraventions. Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the theoretical and practical aspects of defending in court. Techniques and tactics for arguing appeals were also addressed, with the aim of clarifying the sanctions applied and strengthening the professional skills necessary for effective representation before the courts.
