Violation of contraventional legislation in the field of constructions provided for in para. (4) art. 177 Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova.<\/li>\n<li>Igor Sp\u00eenu, co-author with Vasilachi Corina, will address the topic: Analysis of the legal aspects of the civil servant: definition, classification, investment in the public office and administrative-legal status.<\/li>\n<li>Ciochina Snejana, co-author with Prodan Svetlana, doctor of law, university professor, will address the topic: Modernization and trends in contemporary criminal law through the prism of the provisions of lit. a) para.
